Louise has been amazing. As my first yoga experience I was very nervous but straight away put at ease. Louise has a lovely soft voice which makes me very relaxed. I have really enjoyed every lesson and I look forward to Fridays even more now. Thankyou Louise.

Ooooo as we get more confident we are gently challenged more. The class is small so that means Louise can give each of us the attention we need. Which for a beginners class is essential. Love it
